At Coventry Castles, safety is our top priority. Every inflatable we deliver meets the highest standards for cleanliness, setup, and structural integrity—giving you peace of mind while your guests have fun.
✅ Fully Compliant & Insured
All our bouncy castles and inflatables:
- Are PIPA tested and certified where applicable
- Are regularly maintained and visually inspected before and after every hire
- Come with public liability insurance up to £2 million
- Are installed by trained staff who follow HSE inflatable safety guidelines
Our Setup Process
Risk Assessment – We assess your location before setup to ensure a safe environment. Working alongside our prepared risk assessment to ensure your hire runs safely. You can view our latest risk assessment here.
Anchor Points Secured – Every inflatable is properly staked or weighted, in line with manufacturer guidelines and weather conditions.
Electrical Safety – All blowers and extension leads are PAT-tested, and all equipment is rated for outdoor use.
For safety reasons, we will not operate bouncy castles during:
- Heavy rain
- Wind speeds over 24mph (as per HSE guidance)
- Thunderstorms
In these cases, we’ll happily reschedule your booking or offer a full refund.
Supervision and Safety
To keep everyone safe:
A responsible adult must supervise (18+) the inflatable at all times
We provide clear operating instructions with every hire
We offer guidance on age-appropriate use and maximum occupancy
Indoor & School Events
All our equipment is suitable for indoor venues like community halls and school gyms. Let us know in advance and we’ll provide soft mats, cable covers, and adjust setup accordingly.
